  • 摘要: 科学管理与使用维护是延长液相色谱仪使用寿命和获得良好分析数据的重要前提,通过对仪器运行中压强状况的观测,能够快速判定仪器在使用过程中出现故障的部位. 以检验检测机构广泛装配的Waters e2695液相色谱仪为实例,从仪器的压强异常故障入手,对系统失压或压强过低、系统压强过大、系统压强不规律大幅波动3个方面常见故障的产生原因和排除方法予以探讨,为液相色谱仪的使用和维护提供借鉴和参考.

     

    Abstract: Scientific management and maintenance are important prerequisites for extending the service life of the liquid chromatograph and obtaining good analytical data. By observing pressure conditions during the operation of the instrument, the location of faults can be quickly determined. Taking the widely equipped Waters e2695 liquid chromatograph as an example, focusing on the abnormal pressure faults, the common causes and troubleshooting methods for faults in three aspects were discussed, including system pressure loss or low pressure, system overpressure, and irregular or large fluctuations in system pressure. This providing a reference for the use and maintenance of liquid chromatograph.
