高效液相色谱法在甲醛检测中的应用

Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography in Formaldehyde Detection

  • 摘要: 甲醛是一种常见的有机化合物,在化工行业应用广泛,食品药品中也多有残留. 甲醛对人体的呼吸、神经及内分泌系统等均有较大危害. 目前甲醛的定量测定方法主要有分光光度法、色谱法、电化学法、荧光法等. 主要研究高效液相色谱法在甲醛检测中的应用,通过对近10年来40多篇相关文献的整理,对文献中涉及的研究对象、使用的衍生试剂和色谱条件等进行综述与分析,展望高效液相色谱法在甲醛测定领域的应用方向与前景,为相关的检测、科研人员提供一定的参考.

     

    Abstract: Formaldehyde is a common organic compound, which is widely used in the chemical industry and has many residues in food and drugs. Formaldehyde is harmful to the respiratory, nervous and endocrine systems of the human body. At present, the main quantitative methods for formaldehyde determination include spectrophotometry, chromatography, electrochemical methods, fluorescence, and etc. The application of high performance liquid chromatography in the detection of formaldehyde was mainly studied, through the collation of over 40 related literatures from the past decade. The research objects, derivatization reagents and chromatographic conditions involved in the literatures were reviewed and analyzed, and the application direction and prospects of high performance liquid chromatography in the field of formaldehyde determination were prospected, so as to provide a reference for related detection and scientific researchers.
