  • 摘要: 以随机光学重建超分辨显微成像系统为例,运用理论分析与实践操作相结合的方式,对汞灯照明异常、汞灯荧光强度与点亮异常、光路切换失准、激光器功率衰减、成像模糊等常见故障,开展故障排除、系统校准与维护保养工作, 梳理出各类故障的有效处理方法. 从硬件维护、软件校准、设备周期性维护、定期巡检等多维度构建全方位维护体系,有助于强化仪器管理专业技能,保障系统安全高效运作,为同类型仪器管理人员提供实操指南,具有重要实践意义与推广价值.

     

    Abstract: Taking the stochastic optical reconstruction super-resolution microscopic imaging system as an example, an integrated approach combining theoretical analysis and practical operations to address common malfunctions was adopted, such as mercury lamp illumination failures, mercury lamp fluorescence intensity and lighting failuers, optical path switching issues, laser power attenuation, and imaging blurring. Through systematic troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance procedures, effective solutions for various faults have been successfully formulated. A comprehensive maintenance system has been established from multiple dimensions including hardware maintenance, software calibration, periodic equipment servicing and regular inspections. It not only enhances professional skills in instrument management and ensures safe and efficient system operation, but also provides operation guidelines for managers of similar instruments, which has significant practical implications and promotional value.
