Abstract: By comparing the analytical methods the possibility,influencing factors and ion-pairRP-HPLC conditions in analysis of aminophenol isomers have been studied.The optimumseparating conditions are as follows:the mobile phase is 4×10^-3mol·L^-1 tetrabutylammonium iodide, 0.184mol·L^-1 NaAc,23:77 methanol-water and 0.8 g·L^-1 NaHSO₃.The stationary phase is ODS.The method can be used in analysis of aminophenol isomerseffectively and fastly.
