微乳液介质苯基荧光酮光度法测定微量钴

Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace of Cobalt with PF in Microemulsion Medium

  • 摘要: 研究了微乳液介质中,在pH=10.0硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液时,钴与苯基荧光酮(PF)显色生成稳定的1:2配合物,在637nm处摩尔吸光系数为1.21×105L/(mol·cm),钴含量在0~1.0μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,用所拟方法以巯基葡聚糖凝胶分离富集,可测定维生素B12中的微量钴,结果令人满意.

     

    Abstract: The color reaction of cobalt with phenylfluorone (PF) in microemulsion has been studied. Cobalt (Ⅱ) reacts with PF to form a stable 1:2 complex at pH=10.0. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.21×105 L/(mol·cm) at 637 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~1.0 μg/mL for cobalt (Ⅱ). The coexistent metal ions can be separated and cobalt can be enriched by sulphydryl dextrane gel (SDG), greatly improving the selectivity and sensibility of system. The method is used to determine cobalt(Ⅱ) in vitamin B12 samples with satisfactory results.
