Element Analysis of Ni-Cr Porcelain Alloy by Using StandardlessQuantitative Analysis Program

摘要: 介绍了X射线荧光光谱的无标样定量分析软件应用于医疗用Ni\|Cr烤瓷合金的检测，分析了合金中Ni、Cr、Mo、Al、Co、Ti、Si、Fe、Cl等元素的含量.结果表明该方法的分析速度快、准确度高，是一种实用的应用软件.

Abstract: A standardless quantitative analysis program of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was used to analysis the elements′ concentrations in Ni-Cr porcelain alloy such as Ni、Cr、Mo、Al、Co、Ti、Si、Fe、Cl. The result showed that this IQ⁺ program was simple, rapid, precise and useful.
