高效液相色谱法测定卷烟醋酸纤维滤棒中甲醛、乙醛和丙酮的含量

HPLC Determination of Formaldehyde,Acetaldehyde and Acetone in Acetate Fiber Filter Rod of Cigarettes

  • 摘要: 建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定卷烟醋酸纤维滤棒中甲醛、乙醛和丙酮含量的方法,采用Acclaim Explosive E2 C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈/水梯度洗脱,流速为0.5 mL/min, 检测波长为352 nm,对甲醛、乙醛和丙酮的分析取得满意的效果.甲醛、乙醛、丙酮的回收率分别为95.3%~105.6%、86.1%~90.4%、96.5%~102.2%,相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于5%.该方法简便、准确、易行,可用于质量控制.

     

    Abstract: A new method was developed for the simultaneous determination of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acetone in the acetate fiber filter rod of cigarettes by HPLC. Satisfactory separation was achieved on an AcclaimExplosive E2 C18column with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile/water at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min, and the UV detector wavelength was 352 nm. The recoveries were in the range of 95.3%~105.6%, 86.1%~90.4% and 96.5%~102.2% for formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acetone, respectively, with RSD values of less than 5%. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of cigarettes.
