荧光探针法测定Gemini表面活性剂C12-2-En-C12×2Br的临界预胶团浓度

Study of C12-2-En-C12×2Br Preaggregation Behavior in Aqueous Solution by 1-Pyrenebutyric Acid Fluorescence Probe

  • 摘要: 以芘丁酸(PBA)为荧光探针测定了30oC时季铵盐Gemini表面活性剂C12-2-En-C12×2Br水溶液的临界预胶团浓度(cpc)分别为0.0295(n=1)、0.0373(n=2)和0.0501(n=3)mmol/L。结果表明,与通常方法(例如电导等)相比,荧光探针方法能更灵敏地反映二聚表面活性剂的预聚集行为,是一种有效的测定二聚表面活性剂水溶液临界预胶团浓度的方法。

     

    Abstract: The premicellization of C12-2-En-C12×2Br in an aqueous solution has been investigated by the steady state fluorescence method using 1-Pyrenebutyric acid (PBA) as the probe. The critical premicelle concentrations (cpc) at 30oC were 0.0295(n=1),0.0373(n=2)and 0.0501(n=3)mmol/L, respectively. Compared with the traditional method (i.e., conductivity method), the steady state fluorescence method is more sensitive to illustrates the premicellar behavior of gemini surfactants,and it is a suitable method for the determination of critical premicelle concentrations of gemini surfactants.
