Abstract
In this paper HNO3-HClO4 was used to digeste the sample, thiourea and chloric acid were added to reduce the sample in hydrochloric acid solution, and arsenic in the pretreated sample was analyzed using hydride-atomic absorption spectrometry. The method had been applied to the city rubbish infiltration wastewater in the sewage storage site of Lanzhou. The recoveries were 98.3%~104%, the relative standard deviation were 1.2%~3.2%, and the detection limit of method was 0.35 μg/L, the Linear regression equation was: IF=15.962×C+0.423 and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. It is confirmed by testing that the method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and has a wide measurable range, it is an effective detection method for the directly determination of urban sewage, and is able to provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of garbage storage site of Lanzhou city on the degree of impact of the environment and the governance.
