Determination of Content of Elements of Oxytropis falcata Bunge by ICP-MS After Microwave-Assisted Digestion

Determination of the content of elements in Oxytropis falcata Bunge by ICP-MS after microwave-assisted digestion. The recovery and RSD of the method were 96.42% ~104.29% and 0.87% ~2.13%, respectively, the method is rapid and precise. There are rich trace elements contents in Oxytropis falcata Bunge. The contents of heavy elements were fairly low. The experimental results provide the theoretical basis for the efficacy, pharmacodynamics and toxicity of Oxytropis falcata Bunge.
