Development Progress of Domestic Mid-Infrared Quantum Cascade Laser Multi-Component Gas Analyzer

  • The development background of mid-infrared quantum cascade laser multi-component gas analyzer was briefly introduced, including mid-infrared laser multi-component gas analysis, mid-infrared semiconductor lasers, quantum cascade lasers (QCL), quantum cascade laser absorption spectroscopy (QCLAS), and the technological applications of mid-infrared laser gas analyzers both domestically and internationally. Focusing on HQLS-1000 as an example, it introduced the development of domestic mid-infrared QCLAS multi-component gas analyser and analysis system QCL-CEMS, including the arrayed laser module, long optical path cell, and the time-division multiplexing design technology for multi-component laser driving signals. The system technical features and measurement parameters of domestic QCL-CEMS were introduced.
