Abstract
A magnetic dispersive solid-phase extraction method (MDSPE) combined with gas chromatography (GC) was developed for the rapid determination of nitrobenzene compounds in surface water. Experiment conditions such as amount of extraction solvent, extraction time, desorption solvent kind and salt effect were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the recoveries of nitrobenzenes were in the range of 84.0%~97.6%, the relative standard deviations (RSD) of 3.4%~5.3%, and the detection limits of 0.000 4~0.007 mg/L. The MDSPE method is simple and fast, and is suitable for the determination of nitrobenzenes in environmental water samples.
