Abstract
Through the design and set up of a measurement system with an optical system structure for the permanent deformation after low temperature compression and the application to the measurement of height under the condition of the sealing ring in a low temperature environment, the automation of measurement process of the permanent deformation of sealing ring after low temperature compression was realized. Compared with the manual rubber sampling measurement method specified in the national standard, this new system improves the measurement efficiency and practical value.
