Exploration on Fast Initiation Training Method of University Public Platform Owned Transmission Electron Microscope

  • Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) is an essential technique for studying the microstructural characteristics. However, as a large precision analysis instrument, the complexity of operation method limits its use efficiency. In order to enhance the sharing utility of TEM, a facile training method has been explored. This facile training and operation way is valuable as it can meet the user's practical characterization requirement, enable high efficient usage and enhance the open sharing utilization ratio.
