The Choice of Centrifugation Method and Parameters in the Isolation of Grass Carp Haemorrhage Virus

For more effichat isolation of Grass Carp Haemorrhage Virus(GCHV) from infected fish tissue,.differenth methods and different parameters of centrifugation were extlored. It was found that the most suitable centrifugation method angular centrifugation and the most suitable Parameters for isolating typical viral particles were: revolution speed 16000rpm; duration.4.5h, rotor temperatrre, 8℃ (Hitachi 20 PR-52D Centrifuge, RPR 20-2 Rotor). Thiscentrifugation method is now used routinely in our laboratory for the isolation of GCHV.
