Establishment and Expansion of the GC/MS Mass Spectra Data Base of Biomarkers

With the deVelopment of Petroleum industry and wide application of GC/MS,identification and research of biomarker become more and more important. Because of lack and deficiency of complete and systematic biomarker data so far, researchers have to spend a lot of the on looking up references,and many components can't be recognized yet.A mass spectra data be of biomarkers composed of the analytic data fron my work over a long period of the and also there collected from various references was made for organic geochemists in biomarker recognition and identification and to make up the deficiency of current data base. This data base which consists of many mass spectra data and inclludes species, structures and intensity of biomarkers can be widely used in fast identification and recognition of different biomarkers.
