Quantitative Electron Probe Microanalysis of Si and Mn in Steels and Standards
Low contents of St and Mn in steel and iron alloys have been determined by means of electron probe microanalysis with special Fe-Si and Fe-Mn alloys standards.The result indicates that the analysisaccuracy is better than that of ZAF correction method with pure Si and Pare Mn as standards.
