Application of UNIFAC Model in Determining Thermodynamic Parameter of Cephalosporin by HPLC
The capacity factors of cefazolin were determined by HPLC at different column temperature and under various various phase composion. ΔH was obtained with UNIFAC model and capacity factors. The differs between two methods was 5.35%.
