Abstract
A rapid and simple GC-MS method has has developed for determining trace organic acids in wine.Acids are extracted and enriched at first on an anion exchange resin and in-situ esterified with ethanol.The esters are then analyzed with GC-MS. By this way,19 acids are characterized in wine samples.
