Development and Application of The-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer
The time-of-flight mass spectrometer(TOFMS)with electron collision ionization for chemical analysis of materials is developed by ourselves.The the-of-flightspectrum of Arionization and the dependence of partial ionization cross section ratio on electron collision energy are measured with the developed TOFMS.The experimental results are compared with that of Stephan et al.
