  • A RP-HPLC method for the determination of the matrine and the oxymatrine in Sophora alopecuroides L. and its preparation was established. Chromatographic conditions: ODS column with methanol-water-triethylamine(55:45:0.02 v/v/v) as mobile phase,and UV tection at 215nm. This study provides a method for quality evaluation of this Chinese medicinal herb and its preparation.
