Abstract

Analect RFX-65 chromalect TLC/FTIR system was used to analyze the methanol extract of curcuma. Infrared spectra of five components of curcurna were obtained. The infrared spectra were satisfactory, and the influence factors of TLCFTIR determination were discussed. The sample can be simultaneously TLC separated and IR identified.
