The Study of the New Method to Determine the Quality of Titanium Powder

The chemical analysis method is generally used to determine the quality of titanium power. What it could determine is not the contents of simple substance titanium, but the content of total titanium. The weak ness of the traditional chemical analysis was pointed out. The X-ray diffraction analysis method is proposed based on a quality accident analysis.Test results show that this new method avoides the weak sports of the chemical analysis and is a reliable method for determining the quality of titanium powder.
