Abstract
The amounts of sulphone and sulphoxide which are metabolites of albendozle in sheep serum, are quantitatively determined on ODS column by reversed-phase High performance liquid chromatography as the analytical time changes. Mobile phase is a solution of methane:water=0.7; UV detection value is 280 nm.The results show:Firstly, the linear relatious of sulphone is 0.9994; the correlation coefficient of sulphoxide is 0.9991. Secondly, the recovery of sulphone and sulphoxide are determined by internal standard method. The average recovery is 100+12%.Thirdly, the concentration of the supersession of albendozle gets high point after tfree hours metabolism. As the metabolic time increases, the concentration of the supersession of albendozle decreases. The sensitivity limit of sulphone and sulphoxide are 0.4μg/mL and 0.7μg/mL recpectively.
