Abstract
In 0.1mol/L H2SO4 medium at 80℃,Ir(Ⅳ) catalyses strongly the KIO4 oxidation of rhodamine B to form a green fluorescence product(λex/λem=245nm/535nm). The variable on catalytic spectrofluorimetric determination of Ir were investigated.A calibration graph from 0.01 to 2 ng/mL Ir and detection limit of 0.005ng/mL Ir were obtained by the fixed-time procedure.The catalytic mechanism was also discussed.
