A Rapid Analysis of Isoniaziod in serum by Tandem Mass Spectrometry

A rapid qualitative of isoniaziod in serum by tandem mass spectrometry is reported. Using the analytical method, the present of isoniaziod and its metabolites in urine sample of a dead man was confirmed. The analytical result provided reliable evidence for foresic lawsuit. The method has rapidity, high sensitivity and selectivity in the analysis of trace components of mixture. It is for cases where rapid analyses are needed.
