Abstract

A HPLC method was established for determination of fenofibrate. The mobile phase was methanol water(95:5, V/V). The UV detector wavelength was set at 286 nm. A good liner correlation was found between the peak areas and the concentrations in the range of 0.04～0.20 g/L of fenofibrate (r=0.999 9). The detection limit was 0.10 mg/L. The average recovery was 99.66%(n=3).
