Abstract
A new spectrofluorometric method for the determination of 0.3~30 μg/L P has been described. It is based on that PO43-, MoO42- and rhodamine B form a fluoresence ternary association complex in the medium of 0.08 mol/L H2SO4. The λex and λem are 325 nm and 650 nm respectively. The results show that this method has high sensitivity, good selectivity and easy to operate. It has been applied to analysis of phosphorus in water, copper alloy and tea samples, with satisfactory results.
