Establishment and Application of a System for On line Detection Based on Mass Spectrometer

The design and establishment of a system for on line detection based on mass spectrometer were described, by which gases and volatile liquid components can be detected continuously. The system can be adjusted conveniently according to different reaction conditions, and connected with GS etc.. The system has been successfully used for the investigation of NH3 TPD and CO pulse reaction over ZrO₂-Al₂O₃.
