The binding energy of oxygen atoms in different compounds are determined by XPS.The binding energy of the phenyl-oxygenic atom,phenolic-oxygenic atom,alcohol-oxygenic atom,aether-oxygenic atom and carbonyl-oxygenic atom are 533.85eV,533.10eV,532.55 eV,532.15 eV and 531.25eV,respectively.
