Study on Derivation Method of Dihydrotheelin by Gas Chromatography
The derivation methods of dihydrotheelin were studied by model SP-3700 Gas Chromatograph with SE-52 glass capillary column (37 m×0.33 mm, i.d.), and using the derivation agents of trifluoroacetyl et al. The best derivation conditions and chromatography conditions were determined.
