Abstract
Using SE 2000A type special wheat and maize electrophoresis instrument and the improvement to sample preparation and electrophoresis procedure in GB/T3543.5 1995 PAGE electrophoresis method are described. The result showed: the electrophoresis profiles of wheat gliadin getting by the improved method have clearer profile outline, and sample preparation time is shorter.
