  • A new multi-channels X-ray fluorescence analyzer is introduced. It consists of Si-pin X-ray detector with electro-thermal colder, isotope sources, essential electrical signal processing units and computer. More than 10 elements can be simultaneously determined at detection limit of 1～2×10-4 and precision of 2%～8% without liquid nitrogen supply.
