Abstract
A method for the determination of fifteen trace elements in human urine by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is reported. The detection limits of the method are suitable to determine human urine samples. The recoveries were from 81% to 107%. The relative standard deviations were from 1.14% to 6.71%. The method is rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used to evaluate the relationship between trace elements and health problems.
