Diffuse Reflectance Spectrophotometric Determination of Bovine Serum Albumin with ArsenazoⅢ-Dy(Ⅲ)
An extraction method with microcrystalline wax of the complex of bovine serum albumin (BSA) with arsenazoⅢ-Dy(Ⅲ) and diffuse reflectance spetroscopy have been studied. The method is higher selectivity, and has been used successfully for the determination of 25～300 μg/25 mL BSA in biological samples.
