Simultaneous Determination of 13 Sulfonamides in Feed Using Solid-phase Extraction and Gradientelution HPLC

A liquid Chromatographic mehtod has been developed for simultaneous determination of 13 sulfonamides in feed. The method involves using phosphate buffer to extract sulfonamides from feed matrix, a HLB SPE cartridge to isolate the SAs, and linear gradientelution HPLC to obtair the results. For spiked feed sample, recovery is 63.7%～118.2%, the RSDs are 6.78%～17.24%, the minimum limit of quantitation is 0.5 mg/kg for 13 sulfonamides.
