Electrocatalysis Property of Poly(Alizarin Red) Film Modified Eletrodes on Gentamycin Sulfate

This paper setted up a eletroanalysis method determining Gentamycin Sulfate,s content using the eletrocatalysis property of PARSE. In 0.10 mol/L HCl solution, the peak current was proportional to the concentration of Gentamycin Sulfate in the range of 0.4~4.0 mg/mL with a detection limit of 0.04mg/mL. The linear regress equation was i_p(A)=0.0395C(mg/mL)+2.1499 and the linear correlation coffcient was 0.9984. The method has been successfully applied to the quantitative analysis of Gentamycin Sulfate in real samples, because the method totally meet the demand of microanalysis-the relative standard deviation of ten samples analysis results was less than 4%.
