Abstract
A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of nifedipine was studies. The principle of the method is that the reduction reaction of nifedipine by Ce(Ⅳ) is coupled with the chemiluminescence reaction of Ce(Ⅳ)-Na2SO3-norfloxacinum, and then quantitate the nifedipine by determing the released chemiluminescence signal. The linear range of the working curves is in 1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4g/mL nifedipine, the detection limit of nifedipine is 0.6 μg/mL, the relative standard deviation is 3.2%(6.0×10-5 g/mL, n=11). The method is simple, rapid and reliable.
