The Devolopment of CCD Digital Imaging System for TEM

This paper briefly describes a image transformation system of TEM. A ordinary TEM was transformed by using modern advanced computer information processing technology、CCD and reasonable optical design. we added a image processing system on an ordinary TEM and it was successfully installed in TEM of H-600. The system has advantages such as direct vision, high spectal resolution, compact structure and low cost and it did'nt change the structure of TEM. The system can be widely used in majority of TEM in our country, and it is a good substitute for the similar foreign instrument.
