Application of Chromatogram Fingerprint in the Quality Control of the Flavor and Perfume

  • The chemical composition of tobacco flavor and perfume is complicated, and there is no suitable chemical quality control method by now.In the instance taking ten batches normal samples of tobacco flavor and perfume and simultaneous distilling and extracting. After that, fetching its extracted liquid and measuring it with GC/FID.Matching the chromatogram peaks of the same kind of composition, and obtaining the standard chromatogram fingerprint according to its relatively area of each peak. Then calculating the similarity compare the ten batches of the normal samples to the standard chromatogram fingerprint, and seting up the range of the eligible sample to be measured.Matching the chromatogram peaks between the sample to be measured and the standard chromatogram fingerprint, and calculating the similarity compare the sample to be measured to the standard chromatogram fingerprint, then judging its quality state according to the range.
