Uncertainties Calcalation of Chemical Analysis Methods

The main instruments and steps in a chemical analysis programe are volumetric measuring devices(pipets、bottles)、balance、UV-VIS spectrumeter and weighing、fixing volume、dilution、titration、colorimetric estimation etc.The individual uncertainties associated with the instruments and steps are discussed.Through determining the general items in vegetable oil,the uncertainties calculating method are established,and suggestions are given to improve on the measuring methods.
