Analysis of Flavonoid by High-performance Capillary Electrophoresis(HPCE)
A review was presented about the capillary electrophoresis analysis of flavonoid in the past decade.The separation and determination of flavonoid by CZE and MEKC were discussed.The relationship between the structures and electrophoretic mobility of flavonoid was also introduced.
