Study on Si₃N₄/nano SiC Multiphase Ceramics with Transmission Electron Microscope

The microstructure characteristics of Si₃N₄/nano SiC multiphase ceramics material was studied by electronic microscopy,and the different of the nano multiphase ceramics and the single-phest Si₃N₄ ceramics microtructure was analysed.The relations of the multiphase ceramics matrial mechnical properties and the microstructure were discussed.The nano-grain in material restrain Si₃N₄ crystallinity,improve the mechanical properties of material.
