Extraction of the Absolute in Malt Extract with Supercritical Fluid CO2 and its Application in Tobacoo Flavoring

  • The methods for malt absolute extracting from malt extract with supercritical fluid CO2,and then qualitative analyzing by GC/MS were studied.The malt absolute was added into cigarettes as tobacco flavoring and evaluated by panellists.The result indicated that the offensive odor of cigarette smoke was effectively reduced and the smoking quality was improved.
