GC-MSAnalysis of Volatile Oils of Cornus in Different Producing Areas

The volatile oil of Cornus from three plantations was studied by GC-MS.The result shows there are differences among the main components.The main components of the sample from Henan and Shanxi are n-Hexadecanoic acid(12.60,17.17),Octadecadienoic acid(10.28,3.94),Octadecatrienoi acid(14.30,6.03),but these three components don't exist in the sample from Shanxi;There are large amount of(amines) and esters in the samples from Henan and Shanxi;1-Acetyl-4,6,8-trimethylazulene is the special component of the sample from Shanxi.The same components of the three samples are Naphthalene,1,2,4a,5,6,8a-hexahydro-4,7-dimethyl-1-methylethyl--,alpha-Cadinol,6-Isopropyl-1,4-dimethylnaphthalene,1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,bis2-methylethylester,7-Hydroxycadalene.
