Making Chemical Compound IR Spectrum Data Visualized in Origin 7.0 Sofeware

A method of employing Origin 7.0 software and its Add-ons to make the data containing the information of infrared spectrum of chemical compound visualization was proposed.Then the yielded views were edited to give the infrared spectrum figures of chemical compound in which peaks were picked(labelled) with good selectivity and high accuracy for structure characterization of chemical compound.Through this paper,we can be familiar with the general processes and characteristics of using Origin 7.0 to realize the data visualization containing the information of infrared spectrum of chemical compound.
