Determination and Speciation Analysis of Trace Elements in Fritillaria monantha Migo By ICP-MS

Objective: To determine the content and study on the speciation of the trace elements in Fritillaria monantha Migo.and discuss the relationship among the content the speciation of the trace elements and efficancy of medicine. Methods: The content the speciation of ten trace elements was determined by microwave-digestion with HNO₃-H₂O₂ and ICP-MS. Results: Among the ten trace elements,the content of Ca was the highest,and the lowest content was Mo;the trace elements are mainly formed in inorganic species and the others in Fritillaria monantha Migo which include various elements. Conclusion: The dosages of useful micro and trace elements within Fritillaria monantha Migo can makeup or adjust the functions of human being,these elements may increase the roles of efficient composition.
