Determination of Ginsenoside Rg₁, Rb₁ and Notoginsenoside R₁ in Qianzhi Capsules by HPLC-ELSD

The content of ginsenoside Rg₁,Rb₁ and Notoginsenoside R₁ were dertermined by HPLC-ELSD.Ginsenoside Rg₁,Rb₁ and Notoginsenoside R₁ showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.13~2.60,0.30~6.00,0.38~7.60 μg,respectivly.The average recovery was 98.0%(RSD1.7%),97.1%(RSD1.8%),97.0%(RSD1.5%),respectivly.The proposed method is simple,efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Qianzhi Capsules.
