Abstract
A new UV-spectrophotometric method for determination of titanium in Ethylene glycol based on its complex reaction with H2O2 in sulfuric acid has been established . The maximum absorption wavelength of compound is at 410 nm. In this paper, the effects of various factors on UV-spectrophotometric determination of titanium have been studied. Some better results could be obtained when it is used to determine the amount of titanium in Ethylene glycol.
