Application and Development of the Pharmaceutical Analysisby Photometric Technique

The article elaborates the present status of the photometric analysis technique in pharmaceutical analysis in our country. Three main photometric technique including spectrophotometry, fluorescent method, chemiluminescence method, and the different systems were introduced in the respect of the reagent and the condition of reaction, the linear range and etc., and the trend of development of pharmaceutical analysis was forecasted.
